Do you dream of learning the basics of French baking?
This training is for you!
At the Ecole Bourgeois Frères, you will discover all the basic techniques to prepare baguettes, sourdough bread, pastries, etc.
From Croissants to the Tourte de Meule (French country bread), including Madeleines and Brioche, you will work with our pure flours and excellent quality ingredients.
The training in English takes place at our mill in Verdelot (1 hour from Paris). You will have the opportunity to visit our current facilities in Verdelot and the old mill in Couargis (museum) as well.
A total immersion in the art of French baking!
Three days full of traditional and modern recipes of French Bread, viennoiserie and bakery’s pastry.
8 PARTICIPANTS : The training will take place only with a minimum number of 5 participant
Our mill is located at the countryside, around 1 -1 ½ hours by car from Paris / Airport Charles de Gaulle. It is highly recommended to hire a car.
ACCOMMODATION : in a long-standing partner guesthouse 5 minutes by car from the mill. Breakfast
and dinner will be served in the guesthouse. All participants lunch together in the mill.
